About the Role

The Residential Driver is the face of our commitment to sustainable living. You will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. Your day will involve collecting solid waste or recyclables on curbside and/or backdoor routes and transporting them to post-collection facilities.

Beyond the mechanics of driving and loading, this role requires you to maintain route quality standards, manage assigned helpers if applicable, and ensure a professional demeanor when interacting with the public. You will work closely with your supervisor to improve routing efficiencies while ensuring all safety standards and equipment checks are strictly followed. Whether navigating tight spaces or managing the physical demands of the job, you will be a vital part of keeping our communities green.
