About the Role

The Residential Driver is the face of our service, responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to our customers. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, collecting solid waste and recyclables from curbside and backdoor locations before transporting them to post-collection facilities. This role is about more than just driving; it is about maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the neighborhoods we serve.

In this position, you will operate rear-load, split body, curotto, or automated-side load trucks along designated routes. Your day involves maneuvering large vehicles into tight spaces, operating mechanical packers to compact waste, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will interact directly with the public, answering questions and responding to requests with professionalism. Whether you are performing pre-trip inspections, managing DOT logbooks, or cleaning up spills to ensure road safety, your attention to detail keeps our operations running smoothly.
