CDL Driver - Residential

About the Role

The Residential Driver is the frontline of our waste removal services, dedicated to safely, efficiently, and courteously serving our customers. In this role, you will collect solid waste and recyclables from curbside and backdoor locations, transporting them to post-collection facilities. You are the face of the company, expected to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with the public and managing assigned helpers.

Working Environment

This is an outdoor position requiring you to work in a variety of weather conditions, including rain, storms, and extreme temperatures. You will operate side-load or rear-load trucks and ancillary equipment in high-traffic areas, often navigating tight clearance spaces. The role involves significant physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and pulling objects, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Safety is paramount; you will adhere to strict federal, state, and local regulations while wearing required personal protective equipment.
