The Residential Driver is the face of our commitment to sustainable solutions. You will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. Your day will involve collecting solid waste or recyclables on curbside and/or backdoor routes and transporting them to post-collection facilities.
Beyond the mechanics of the job, you will interact with the public daily, exhibiting a professional demeanor and appearance. You will work closely with your supervisor to improve routing efficiencies and may manage assigned helpers. This role requires you to be adaptable, recognizing prohibited waste items and ensuring all safety standards are met while navigating various weather conditions and traffic environments.
