The Residential Driver is the frontline of our waste removal services, dedicated to safely, efficiently, and courteously serving our customers. In this role, you will collect solid waste and recyclables from curbside and backdoor locations, transporting them to post-collection facilities. You will be the face of the company, interacting with the public while maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
This is an outdoor position requiring you to work in a motor vehicle traffic environment up to 100% of the time. You will operate a residential, recycling, side-load, or rear-load truck, often navigating tight spaces and high-traffic areas. The role involves exposure to various weather conditions, including rain, storms, and extreme temperatures, as well as loud noise and mechanical vibrations.
