About the Role
We are seeking a Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team with an immediate start. This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to build relationships within the trucking, transportation, and logistics sectors.
In this role, you will leverage our proprietary ATS and a daily stream of hot leads to connect with potential drivers. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and hours, allowing you to manage your workflow while providing full back-office support to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers truly uncapped earning potential. Commissions range from $200 up to $1,000 per driver hired, with payouts occurring anywhere from one to six weeks depending on the specific job you choose to recruit for.
