About the Role
As a key member of our operations team, you will serve as the vital link between our drivers, customers, and management. This role exists to ensure the seamless flow of freight by coordinating daily schedules and routes while maintaining strict compliance with customer requirements and FMCSA Hours of Service regulations. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues, from breakdowns to missed pickups, ensuring that every shipment moves forward efficiently.
In this office-based position, you will utilize advanced dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and online load boards to manage freight effectively. Your day will involve navigating customer portals to accept loads and upload documentation, while simultaneously providing clear, timely, and professional updates to all stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can remain calm and professional under pressure, prioritizing tasks to keep our logistics moving smoothly.
