About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced truck drivers to join our team in Newark, NJ. As a Company Driver, you will play a crucial role in our transportation operations, focusing primarily on deliveries within a 300-mile radius of the terminal. Depending on business needs, you may also transport goods over long distances exceeding 300 miles per trip.
Your day will involve starting and ending your tour of duty at the terminal, ensuring timely departures and returns for all assigned deliveries. You will execute assigned routes while strategically adapting to changing traffic, weather conditions, and delivery schedules to ensure prompt and safe compliance. Beyond the road, you will serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service when interacting with shippers, receivers, and the public.

Sign-On Bonus Available

First Shift: $500 Total
- $100 upon first dispatch
- $200 after 30 days
- $200 after 60 days
Second Shift: $650 Total
- $150 upon first dispatch
- $250 after 30 days
- $250 after 60 days
