About the Role

As a Mixer Operator, you will be more than just a CDL holder; you will be a valued concrete expert. This role is designed for engaged, driven individuals who are committed to the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete products. You will partner with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing, delivering products to various construction sites, commercial, and residential locations with exceptional customer service.

The day-to-day involves safely operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, loading and mixing ingredients according to precise specifications, and conducting thorough pre- and post-operation checks. Success in this position requires a strong commitment to safety, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
