About the Role
This part-time position is responsible for the delivery and pickup of containers to and from customer locations. The role focuses on providing an effective, incident-free service while maintaining excellent rapport with customers. Team members operate a commercial truck equipped with a patented lift mechanism to safely load and unload containers, ensuring they are presentable upon delivery.
The position involves a dynamic day-to-day workflow that includes performing daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the commercial vehicle and lift, coordinating rental paperwork and payments, and communicating with the Driver Lead or Market Manager regarding customer inquiries. Team members also utilize company handheld computers for delivery verification and navigation, and may be required to perform field repairs on containers and lifts or provide backup support for storage center functions.
