About the Team
TeamQRT Group has been delivering Thomas Built School Buses since 1980. As a specialized Over-The-Road (OTR) bus transport company, we operate differently than traditional driveaway firms. We are a non-forced dispatch organization, meaning drivers have the autonomy to choose when they want to drive with us.
Our core mission involves moving new school buses from our hub in High Point, North Carolina, to delivery locations across the U.S. and Canada. We pride ourselves on a collaborative team environment where drivers travel in groups of 3–5, with one driver per vehicle, ensuring safety and efficiency on the road.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDrive new Thomas Built School Buses from High Point, NC to delivery locations in the U.S. and Canada
- check_circleTravel in groups of 3-5 drivers and check in with the Lead Driver before each trip departs
- check_circleKeep accurate daily DOT Driver Logs using the MOTIVE app and adhere to Hours of Service rules
- check_circleMaintain the condition of vehicles during transport and prevent any damages incurred
- check_circleComplete and submit all required paperwork accurately and on time for payout
- check_circleEnsure timely arrival at both pick-up and drop-off locations for all scheduled deliveries
Requirements
- verifiedValid Class A or Class B CDL
- verifiedPassenger (P) endorsement preferred
- verifiedMinimum 6 months verifiable OTR CMV or School Bus driving experience in last 3 years with spotless reports and local road test OR 1 year with relatively clean reports
- verifiedRelatively clean driving reports and employment history (MVR, PSP, CSA, Clearinghouse)
- verifiedKnowledge of DOT Hours of Service rules
- verifiedAbility to keep accurate daily DOT Driver Logs using MOTIVE app
- verifiedMust attend in-person Onboarding in High Point, NC
- verifiedMust take at least 1 trip per month to remain active
- verifiedApplicants who completed SAP program must be 7 years clear
- verifiedAccidents in last 3 years must be supported with accident report
