About the Role
This opportunity is designed specifically for established teams. As a Team Driver with Transco Lines, you will operate high-quality equipment and benefit from a compensation structure that rewards longevity and performance. The role offers significant earning potential, with dedicated teams earning between $192,400 and $228,800 annually.
Our pay model is designed to grow with you. Teams start with a competitive CPM rate that increases based on endorsements, and you are eligible for a guaranteed first-anniversary raise plus additional CPM when exceeding 20,000 monthly miles. We also offer lease purchase opportunities for those looking to own their equipment, featuring an average fleet age of just over one year.
