About the Role
We are seeking experienced, professional CDL-A Truck Drivers for full-time W-2 Company Driver positions. This role offers dedicated customers and steady, predictable Dry Van freight. Drivers will start in Carthage, Missouri, operating on a regional schedule that keeps you out 5-6 days with a guaranteed 34-hour reset at home. The position focuses on consistent work without the complications of West Coast or Northeast routes.
Benefits and Perks
Drivers are equipped with 2023 or newer International sleepers featuring automatic transmissions, top-of-the-line seats, refrigerators, EPU, inverters, PrePass, and Toll Passes. The fleet includes 70 MPH trucks. Compensation includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a $3,000 referral bonus, and yearly raise reviews. Additional pay includes $25/hour for detention and breakdown, plus stop pay. Benefits start on day one and include dental, health, vision, a 401k with a 4% match, short-term disability, life insurance, and 10 paid holidays. Paid vacation begins immediately.
Hiring Process
The process begins with a paid one-day orientation. Following orientation, qualified candidates will transition into the fleet to begin their regional routes.
