About the Role

As a Plant Operator, you will join a team dedicated to the efficient and safe manufacture of specialized flow-improving products used in crude and refined product pipelines. This is a safety-sensitive position where you will work rotating 12-hour shifts to operate process equipment according to authorized procedures and standard operating conditions.

Your day-to-day involves driving continuous improvement within your specific process area, optimizing equipment efficiency, reliability, and quality levels in collaboration with other teams. You will be responsible for maintaining procedures, documenting production data using internal systems, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure consistent quality. The role requires proactive communication regarding maintenance needs and collaboration with maintenance specialists when issues arise. Additionally, you may assist in moving finished products from tanks to trucks via the truck rack facility.

All operators undergo comprehensive training through LSPI's in-house process area program to ensure mastery of the technology and safety protocols. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in maintaining the plant's high standards of operation and safety.
