About the Role
As a CDL-A Company Driver, you will join a team that prioritizes your career growth and financial stability. This role offers a consistent Over-The-Road (OTR) rhythm, typically running two weeks out with three days at home, ensuring you accumulate solid miles while maintaining meaningful reset time. You will operate modern equipment averaging less than 2.5 years old, backed by 24/7 dispatch and support teams ready to assist.
The position includes paid flatbed training and orientation to help you get started. Beyond base pay, the role is designed to reward extra effort through various incentives, including tarp pay, stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay, ensuring your time and skill are valued.
