About the Role
As a CDL-A Company Driver, you will join a team that prioritizes your career growth and financial stability. This role offers a consistent Over-The-Road (OTR) rhythm, typically running two weeks out with three days at home, providing solid miles alongside meaningful reset time. You will operate modern equipment averaging less than 2.5 years old, backed by 24/7 dispatch and support teams ready to assist.
The position is designed to reward extra effort through various incentives, including tarp pay, stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay. We also offer paid flatbed training and orientation to help you uplevel your career from day one.
