About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Driver to operate a flatbed trailer on Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul routes. This solo position involves managing loads with 40% of the load responsibility and a 10% driver load/unload requirement. The role offers significant flexibility, allowing drivers to stay out longer than the expected 5 to 21 days if they choose. Drivers earn an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week with a gross weekly average pay between $1,500 and $2,500. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
Home Time
The schedule is designed to provide balance, with a policy of earning 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked. While there are no guaranteed weekends off, the structure allows for extended time on the road if preferred.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must hold a valid Class A license and possess at least 4 years of tractor-trailer experience.
Orientation Details
New hires will participate in an orientation program. Please note that orientation is unpaid and does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel expenses. However, drivers are provided with their own room during this period.
