About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Division 272 terminal in Denver, CO. This role focuses on regional routes in the western region of America, offering the opportunity to home for the weekends. As a driver, you will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.

Your day-to-day involves transporting heavy and specialized loads, which requires the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, as flatbed drivers tarp approximately 70% of our loads. We support your journey with a dedicated transition package that includes orientation pay, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest. You will also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal, an app built by drivers for drivers, providing real-time updates, pay access, and 24/7 support.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience standards, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and maintaining a safe driving record with no more than six jobs in the last three years. A background check, clean drug test, and clean Clearinghouse result are required. Additionally, all flatbed candidates must pass a physical test during orientation to demonstrate the ability to handle tarping duties.
