About the Role

As a CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver with Division 290 based in Kansas City, MO, you will operate modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies. Your day-to-day involves transporting critical construction and industrial materials on regional routes. You will be part of a team that values safety above all else; our trucks feature lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. If a truck requires repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe.

This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced drivers and, for a limited time through May 31, 2026, recent CDL-A graduates. While flatbed driving requires physical capability—such as lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a task performed on approximately 70% of loads—we provide a transition package to help you settle in. You will have access to an award-winning driver portal for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data, supported by 24/7/365 road service staff.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, qualified applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and maintain a safe driving record. We require a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. For flatbed positions, candidates must pass a physical test demonstrating the ability to handle tarping duties. Note that while 4+ months of driving experience is required, recent graduates are eligible to apply during our special training period.
