About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Division 200 team based in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will operate over-the-road (OTR) routes in the western region of America. You will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo, which includes tarping loads approximately 70% of the time. To ensure safety and efficiency, you must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.

You will drive a fleet of modern flatbed trucks that are meticulously maintained and equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Our commitment to your safety means that no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% ready for the road. You will also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal app, providing 24/7 support, real-time trip updates, and direct access to your pay and schedule data.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years of age or older, and maintaining a clean driving record. We require a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. Additionally, candidates must have no more than six jobs in the last three years and at least four months of driving experience.

We understand that changing jobs is difficult, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to support your move. This includes $1,000 allocated for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest. During orientation, we will also verify your physical ability to handle flatbed tarping requirements.
