System Transport has been hauling what builds America since 1972. We combine the resources of a large company with the personal feel of a small business, serving as a home for drivers who want to keep the country running. Our mission is to transport critical goods and materials—including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, and specialty metals—while maintaining a culture of "America Proud, Flatbed Strong."
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Denver, CO terminal (Division 272) to handle regional routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will operate modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.
This role is designed for drivers who value safety and reliability. You will be responsible for tarping approximately 70% of loads, which requires the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. Drivers will utilize our award-winning driver portal for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data, supported by 24/7/365 road service staff and shops to ensure your truck is always ready for the road.
To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years of age or older, and maintaining a safe driving record with no more than six jobs in the last three years. A background check, clean drug test, and clean Clearinghouse result are required. Additionally, all flatbed candidates must pass a physical test during orientation to demonstrate the ability to handle tarping duties.
We support new hires with a $1,800 transition package, which includes $1,000 allocated for orientation pay during your first two weeks. Interested candidates should call 1-866-725-5083 to speak with a recruiter about route options and the pay package. Applications are accepted until the deadline of May 31, 2026.
Your safety is paramount to us. We ensure every tractor is rigorously maintained and that our fleet is equipped with the latest technology to protect you on the road. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fair pay and equal opportunity for all employees.
Regarding our culture, please note that while System Transport does not allow pets, we do permit riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving. We offer a supportive environment where drivers can access 24/7 support and utilize our driver portal to manage their work-life balance effectively.
