About the Role

As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver with Division 200 based in Spokane, WA, you will operate over-the-road (OTR) routes transporting critical materials. This role is designed for experienced drivers who thrive on the road and take pride in the quality of their work. You will drive meticulously maintained, modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Our 24/7/365 road service staff ensures that if a truck needs repairs, it will not leave the shop until it is 100% ready for the road.

The day-to-day involves hauling loads that require physical effort, such as tarping approximately 70% of loads. Drivers must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation. You will have access to an award-winning driver portal app that provides real-time updates, pay access, trip data, and direct communication with support teams.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and maintaining a safe driving record with no more than six jobs in the last three years. A background check, clean drug test, and clean Clearinghouse result are required. For flatbed positions, you must pass the physical tarping test.

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to support your move. This includes $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
