About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. This opportunity is for Division 290, based out of the Kansas City, MO terminal.
Our modern flatbed trucks are meticulously maintained for your safety, equipped with cutting-edge technologies including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. We offer a 24/7/365 road service staff and shops to ensure that if a truck needs repairs, it is not going out until it is 100% ready to hit the road again safely with you at the wheel.
Drivers also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal app, made for drivers by drivers. This tool provides real-time updates and alerts, access to pay and trip data, messages, and contact information.
Hiring Process & Application
Transition Support Changing jobs is never easy, which is why our transition package invests in you. We offer a $1,800 Transition Package; $1,000 of which is allotted for orientation for your first two weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.

Qualified applicants with a valid CDL-A license may have the opportunity to receive training and start their driving career with us during this special period.

Safety Commitment Your safety is always paramount to us. Flatbed drivers tarp approximately 70% of our loads, and all drivers must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this capability during orientation.
Guest Rider Policy While System Transport does not allow pets, we do allow riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving.
