About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the western region of America, specifically within Division 290 based out of Kansas City, MO. As a driver, you will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Every tractor is meticulously maintained to ensure it is 100% ready for the road before you drive it.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a fleet that prioritizes driver safety and support. You will have access to a 24/7/365 road service network and an award-winning driver portal app that provides real-time updates, pay access, and trip data. The position involves tarping approximately 70% of loads, requiring the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.

While we typically require experienced drivers, we are currently accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Qualified new graduates may receive training to start their driving career with us during this special period. Drivers can expect to be off most weekends for a 34-hour reset, though home time may vary by division.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, applicants must meet standard hiring requirements, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and maintaining a safe driving record. The process includes a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. We also require that applicants have no more than six jobs in the last three years.

For those transitioning into the role, we offer a $1,800 transition package, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during your first two weeks to help you focus on driving.
