About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Division 264 terminal in Ennis, TX. This position offers regional routes in the western region of America with a commitment to home weekly. As a driver, you will operate modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.

A key aspect of this role involves physical duties; flatbed drivers tarp approximately 70% of loads, requiring the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. You will be supported by a 24/7/365 road service staff and an award-winning driver portal app that provides real-time updates, pay access, and trip data. We invest in your transition with a package that includes orientation pay, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience standards, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years of age or older, and maintaining a safe driving record with no more than six jobs in the last three years. A background check, clean drug test, and clean Clearinghouse result are required. Additionally, all flatbed applicants must pass a physical test demonstrating the ability to tarp loads during orientation.
