As a Company Driver for our Ohio operations, you will operate a company-owned 2020+ sleeper truck, servicing 47 states with a focus on building long-term dedicated opportunities through our logistics sister company. This role is designed for drivers who value reliability and support, offering a no-cost equipment solution where all trucks are well-maintained and can be taken home if secure parking is available.
Your day-to-day involves handling drop-hook, no-touch freight based on customer needs. While dispatch is force-based, the team is super organized and communicative, offering flexibility to accommodate your home time and schedule preferences. You will generally be out for two weeks at a time, with specific routing guidelines to avoid California and the Northwest states during winter months.
We offer a competitive W-2 package designed to support your livelihood on the road. Drivers receive a maximum weekly cap of $1,000, with low mileage rates added for fair compensation. Additional pay includes $25 per hour for detention after two hours at a facility and $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance issues encountered on the road. If you are required to work on an observed holiday, you will receive an additional $50 on top of your regular revenue.
Our full-time benefits package includes a 401(k) with company contribution, medical coverage through Cigna, and vision and dental insurance via Principal. We also offer paid time off and holidays off. Additionally, we welcome pet passengers, allowing you to bring your furry companions along on your journey.
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid CDL A license with at least three years of experience. Applicants must be between the ages of 25 and 75 (due to insurance requirements) and maintain a clean driving record, specifically with less than one moving violation in the last two years and no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the past 15 years.
Interested drivers should apply directly to discuss how this role fits your career goals. Our dispatch team is ready to help you build a sustainable schedule while you help us expand our dedicated freight opportunities.
