About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our yard in Obetz, OH, with plans to expand to a future terminal in the same location. As a Company Driver, you will operate company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. We provide the truck at no cost to you, and if you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home.
This is a full-time W-2 position focused on servicing 47 states. While work is generally based on customer needs rather than dedicated routes, we are actively working to build more dedicated opportunities through our logistics-based sister company. You will typically be out for two weeks at a time. Please note that we do not service California, and we aim to avoid the Northwest states during winter months.
Day in the Life
You will handle drop-hook, no-touch freight. Our dispatch team is force-based but flexible, striving to accommodate your needed home time and schedule preferences. Success in this role requires being super organized and highly communicative. We offer fair compensation with low mileage rates and a deadhead rate of $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance on the road, with a maximum weekly cap of $1,000. Additionally, drivers receive $25 per hour in detention pay after the first two hours at a facility.

We also provide paid time off and holidays off. If you are working on an observed holiday, you will receive an extra $50 on top of your regular revenue. We also welcome pet passengers, subject to policy.
Hiring Process
To apply, you must meet the following criteria: hold a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience, be between 25 and 75 years old, have less than one moving violation in the last two years on your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and have no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
