CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Company Drivers to operate our fleet out of our Obetz, OH yard, with plans to expand to a future terminal in the same location. As a Company Driver, you will operate company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. We provide the truck at no cost to you, allowing you to focus on the road.

This is a non-dedicated position where work is assigned based on customer needs across 47 states. While we generally operate on a two-week out schedule, we are actively working to build dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company. You will handle drop-hook, no-touch freight. Please note that California is not serviced, and we aim to avoid Northwest states during winter months.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive W-2 package designed to support your livelihood on the road. Drivers receive a maximum weekly cap of $1,000, with low mileage rates added for fair compensation. We also provide $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance occurring on the road and a detention pay of $25 per hour after the first two hours at a facility.

Additionally, if you work on an observed holiday, you will receive an extra $50 on top of your regular revenue. We also have a pet passenger policy allowing you to bring your furry companion along.

Equipment & Home Time

Our fleet consists of modern, well-maintained sleeper trucks. If you have secure parking available, you may take the equipment home. Our dispatch team is force-based but remains flexible; we strive to accommodate your needed home time and schedule preferences. Success in this role requires being super organized and highly communicative.

Hiring Process & Requirements

To join our team, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience.
• Be between 25 and 75 years of age (due to insurance regulations).
• Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with less than one moving violation in the last two years.
• Have no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
