About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our yard in Obetz, Ohio. As a Company Driver, you will be provided with a 2020 or newer sleeper truck at no cost to you. All equipment is company-owned and meticulously maintained to ensure your safety and efficiency on the road.
This position offers a dynamic route covering 47 states, excluding California. While the work is based on customer needs rather than dedicated lanes, we are actively building dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company. You can expect to be out for approximately two weeks at a time. During winter months, we strive to avoid the Northwest states to ensure safe driving conditions.
Day in the Life
You will handle drop-hook freight with no-touch requirements, allowing you to focus on driving. Our dispatch team is forceful yet flexible, capable of accommodating your schedule and home time needs provided you are super organized and communicative. If you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home.
We prioritize fair compensation with low mileage rates and offer a $200 daily stipend for any breakdowns or maintenance required on the road. Additionally, drivers receive $25 per hour in detention pay after two hours at a facility. If you are working on an observed holiday, you will receive an extra $0 on top of your regular revenue.

Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid CDL A license with at least three years of experience. Applicants must be between the ages of 25 and 75 (due to insurance requirements) and maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record with less than one moving violation in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance violations in the last 15 years.
