About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our yard in Obetz, OH, with the vision of expanding into a future terminal in the same location. As a Company Driver, you will operate a 2020 newer sleeper truck that is company-owned and fully maintained at no cost to you. This role offers the flexibility to build dedicated opportunities through our logistics sister company while servicing customer needs across 47 states.

Your typical schedule involves being out for approximately two weeks at a time. While we strive to avoid the Northwest states during winter months, California is not serviced. The freight is primarily drop-hook, no-touch, ensuring a smooth workflow. We are committed to fair compensation with low mileage rates and offer a $200 daily stipend for any breakdowns or maintenance occurring on the road, with a potential weekly maximum of $1,000.

Day in the Life

You will be part of a dispatch force that is super organized and communicative. While dispatch is force-based, we remain flexible to accommodate your needed home time and schedule preferences. If you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home. We also offer a $25 per hour detention pay after two hours at a facility and a $50 bonus on top of regular revenue for work performed on observed holidays.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must possess a valid CDL A license with at least three years of experience. Applicants must be between the ages of 25 and 75 (due to insurance requirements) and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record with less than one moving violation in the last two years, with no Drug Testing failures or CDL violations in the past 15 years.
