About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our yard in Obetz, Ohio. As a Company Driver, you will operate company-owned, 2020 newer sleeper trucks that are well-maintained. We provide the truck at no cost to you, allowing you to focus on the road.
This is a full-time W-2 position with a flexible dispatch model. While we operate on a force dispatch basis, we are committed to accommodating your needed home time and schedule preferences. You will be servicing 47 states, with specific guidance to avoid California and the Northwest states during winter months. The work is based on customer needs rather than dedicated routes, though we are actively building dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company.
Day in the Life
Your typical run will involve drop-hook, no-touch freight. We strive to build more dedicated opportunities for our drivers as we grow. To support your time on the road, we offer fair compensation through low mileage rates and a $200 per day stipend for any breakdown or maintenance issues encountered. Additionally, drivers are eligible for detention pay of $25 per hour after the first two hours at a facility.
We value organization and communication. If you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home. We also offer a generous pet passenger policy, allowing you to bring your furry companions along.

You will also receive paid time off and holidays off. If you are required to work on an observed holiday, you will receive $50 on top of your regular revenue.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates must be at least 25 years old and under the age of 75 due to insurance regulations. We require a clean driving record, specifically less than one moving violation in the last two years and no Drug Test (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
