About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our yard in Obetz, OH, with plans to expand to a future terminal in the same location. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. As a Company Driver, you will not need to provide your own equipment; all trucks are owned and maintained by the company.
Your primary route will cover 47 states, excluding California. During winter months, we aim to avoid the Northwest states to ensure safety and efficiency. While the work is currently based on customer needs rather than dedicated routes, we are actively working to build more dedicated opportunities. Our sister logistics company will assist in developing these long-term assignments.
Day-to-Day Operations
You will be handling drop-hook, no-touch freight. The dispatch team is force-based but remains flexible to accommodate your need for home time and specific schedules. We value drivers who are super organized and communicative. If you encounter a breakdown or maintenance issue on the road, you will receive $200 per day for the downtime. Additionally, we offer a detention pay of $25 per hour after the first two hours at a facility, along with low mileage rates to ensure fair compensation. There is a maximum weekly cap of $1,000.
Equipment and Perks
Drivers have the option to take their equipment home if they have secure parking available. We also have a pet passenger policy allowing you to bring your furry companion on the road. If you are working on an observed holiday, you will receive an additional $50 on top of your regular revenue.

Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience.
- Be between 25 and 75 years of age (due to insurance requirements).
- Have a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with less than one moving violation in the last two years.
- Have no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
