For more than 55 years, Freymiller has built a trucking company that drivers can count on. As a family-owned carrier with deep roots, we have navigated changing markets, freight cycles, and industry shifts with a proven track record of doing right by our drivers. We pride ourselves on offering consistency, respect, and long-term career security in an industry often defined by volatility.
We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. You will drive late-model equipment, including Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks with an average age of just 1.9 years, ensuring you have the tools needed for top performance.
As a Freymiller driver, you will enjoy top miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles—the longest in the industry—resulting in less downtime. The role is supported by a family atmosphere with an open-door policy, ensuring you are never just a number. We also offer unique perks such as rider and pet policies (with no dog breed restrictions), a driver referral program, and a partnership with Home Creations to help drivers own their own homes.
To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 6 months of experience. We offer paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are fully prepared before hitting the road. For more details on our new pay increases and how much you can make, please refer to our specific compensation inquiries during the application phase.
