About the Role

We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. Drivers will operate late-model Peterbilt and Kenworth equipment (averaging 1.9 years old) on top-tier routes with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles, ensuring less downtime and more miles on the road.

Beyond the road, you will join a family atmosphere with an open-door policy. Our driver facilities feature free Wi-Fi, theater-style seating, an exercise room, and a video game room. We also support your life outside the truck with policies for riders and pets (with no breed restrictions), a partnership with Home Creations to help drivers own their own homes, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and a minimum of 6 months of experience. The onboarding process includes paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
