About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs. This role is designed for drivers who value a career built to last, offering higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. You will drive late-model equipment with an average age of just 1.9 years, including Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks equipped with APUs and Samsara communication systems.
As a Freymiller driver, you will enjoy top miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles—the longest in the industry—resulting in less downtime. The role includes paid orientation, paid practical route miles, multiple stops pay, and guaranteed detention, layover, and breakdown pay. We also offer a unique partnership with Home Creations to make it easier for drivers to own their own homes.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 6 months of experience. We invite you to learn more about our new pay increases and how much more you can make with us.
