CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our Obetz, OH yard, with the future expansion of a terminal in the same location. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. As a Company Driver, you will not be responsible for truck costs; all equipment is provided and maintained by the company.

Your primary route will cover 47 states, excluding California. During winter months, we aim to avoid the Northwest region to ensure safety. While the work is currently based on customer needs rather than dedicated lanes, we are actively building dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company. You will handle drop-hook freight with no-touch loads, and if you have secure parking available, you may take the equipment home.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive W-2 compensation package designed to support your livelihood on the road. Drivers can earn up to $1,000 per week, with low mileage rates added for fair compensation. We provide $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance issues encountered on the road, and a detention pay of $25 per hour after the first two hours at a facility. If you are required to work on an observed holiday, you will receive an additional $50 on top of your regular revenue.

Hiring Process & Requirements

To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL A license with at least three years of experience. Candidates must be between the ages of 25 and 75. We require a clean driving record, specifically less than one moving violation in the last two years and no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the past 15 years.
