CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our Obetz, OH yard, with the future expansion of a terminal in the same location. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. As a Company Driver, you will not be responsible for truck costs; all equipment is provided and maintained by the company.

Your primary route will cover 47 states, excluding California. During winter months, we aim to avoid the Northwest region to ensure safety and efficiency. While the work is currently based on customer needs rather than dedicated lanes, we are actively working to build more dedicated opportunities. Our sister logistics company plays a key role in developing these long-term partnerships.

Day-to-Day Operations

You will handle drop-hook freight with no-touch loads. The dispatch team is force-based but remains flexible to accommodate your need for home time and preferred schedules. We value drivers who are super organized and communicative. If you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home.

Compensation & Perks

We offer a competitive compensation structure designed for fair pay, including low mileage rates and a $200 daily stipend for any breakdown or maintenance issues encountered on the road. Detention pay is available at $25 per hour after the first two hours at a facility. There is a maximum weekly cap of $1,000.

As a full-time W-2 employee, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including:

Additionally, if you work on an observed holiday, you will receive an extra $50 on top of your regular revenue. We also welcome pet passengers, subject to policy.

Hiring Process

To apply, please ensure you meet the current requirements: a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience, and an age between 25 and 75. Your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must show fewer than one moving violation in the last two years, and you must have no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
