CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our yard in Obetz, OH, with the vision of expanding into a future terminal in the same location. As a Company Driver, you will operate a 2020+ newer sleeper truck that is company-owned and fully maintained at no cost to you. This role offers the flexibility to build dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company while servicing customer needs across 47 states.

Day in the Life

Your route will generally involve two weeks out, avoiding California and the Northwest states during winter months. You will handle drop-hook, no-touch freight, ensuring efficient operations based on current customer demands. While dispatch is force-based, we strive to be flexible to accommodate your need for home time and specific schedules. If you encounter a breakdown or maintenance issue on the road, you will receive $200 per day for compensation.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive full-time W-2 package designed to support your livelihood. This includes a 401k with company contribution, medical coverage through Cigna, and vision/dental through Principal. You will also receive paid time off and holidays off. For work performed on observed holidays, you will earn an additional $50 on top of your regular revenue. We also offer detention pay of $25 per hour after two hours at a facility and low mileage rates to ensure fair compensation, with a maximum weekly earning potential of $1,000.

Hiring Process & Requirements

To join our team, you must possess a valid CDL A license with at least three years of experience. Candidates must be between the ages of 25 and 75 (due to insurance regulations) and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record with fewer than one moving violation in the last two years, with no Drug Testing failures or CDL violations in the past 15 years.
