About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our yard in Obetz, Ohio. As a Company Driver, you will be provided with a truck at no cost to you; all equipment is company-owned and meticulously maintained. Our fleet consists of 2020 newer sleeper trucks, ensuring you have reliable transportation for the road ahead.
This position offers a dynamic route servicing 47 states, excluding California. While the work is based on customer needs rather than dedicated lanes, we are actively working to build more dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company. Drivers are generally out for two weeks at a time. During winter months, we strive to avoid the Northwest states to ensure safety and efficiency.
Day-to-Day Operations
You will handle drop-hook freight with no-touch loads, allowing you to focus on driving. Our dispatch team is forceful yet flexible, capable of accommodating your need for home time and specific schedules, provided you are super organized and communicative. If you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home.
We prioritize fair compensation for your time and effort. This includes low mileage rates, detention pay of $25 per hour after two hours at a facility, and a $200 per day stipend for any breakdowns or maintenance required on the road. There is a maximum weekly earning potential of $1,000. Additionally, if you are working on an observed holiday, you will receive an extra $50 on top of your regular revenue.

Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience.
- Be between 25 and 75 years of age (due to insurance requirements).
- Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with less than one moving violation in the last two years.
- Have no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
