About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A Company LTL/OTR Truck Drivers to join our LTL division. In this position, you will pull reefer dry freight with multiple deliveries, running exclusively east of I-35. This role offers a flexible home time schedule with the option to be home as often as every 10-14 days, backed by a 99.9% chance of getting home on the day requested. We pride ourselves on a driver-first culture with no forced dispatch.
The Experience
You will operate in a No Touch Freight environment, ensuring all miles are paid for both loaded and empty runs. The position includes multi-stop routes with stop pay, providing a dynamic daily workflow. Drivers are equipped with modern Kenworth T 680s and Freightliners, all automatics governed at 72 mph. The trucks are outfitted with APU's, inverters, refrigerators, TVs with direct TV, Sirius XM Radio, and microwaves to ensure comfort on the road.
