About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A drivers for our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) division, specializing in reefer and dry freight with multiple deliveries. This position offers a regional route running east of I-35, designed for drivers who value consistent home time. You can expect to be home as often as every 10-14 days, with a 99.9% success rate in returning on your requested day. We pride ourselves on a flexible home-time policy and strictly enforce a no forced dispatch rule, giving you control over your schedule.
The Experience
Drive modern, well-equipped Kenworth T680s and Freightliners equipped with automatic transmissions and governed at 72 mph. Our trucks are outfitted with APU's, inverters, refrigerators, TVs with direct satellite service, Sirius XM radio, and microwaves to ensure comfort on the road. You will handle no-touch freight, ensuring a clean and efficient driving experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers are paid for all miles, including loaded and empty legs, at a rate of $0.65 CPM. The role includes multi-stop pay and stop pay, with drivers averaging up to $100,000+ yearly. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and provide paid weekly W-2 compensation. Our pet policy allows you to bring your furry companion along, and we offer competitive benefits packages.
