About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A Company LTL/OTR Truck Drivers to join our LTL division. In this position, you will pull reefer and dry freight with multiple deliveries, operating primarily east of I-35. This role offers a flexible home time schedule with the option to be home as often as every 10-14 days, backed by a 99.9% chance of getting home on the day requested. We pride ourselves on a driver-first culture with no forced dispatch.
The Experience
You will drive modern Kenworth T 680s and Freightliners equipped with automatic transmissions, governed at 72 mph. Our trucks are outfitted with APU's, inverters, refrigerators, TVs with direct satellite service, Sirius XM radio, and microwaves to ensure comfort on the road. The position is a W2 role with paid weekly compensation. Drivers enjoy a pet policy and a compensation structure that includes $0.65 CPM, multi-stop pay, and payment for all miles (loaded and empty). The average driver earns up to $100,000+ yearly.
