About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A drivers for our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) division, specializing in pulling reefer and dry freight with multiple deliveries. This position offers a regional route running east of I-35, designed for drivers who value consistent home time. You can expect to be home as often as every 10-14 days, with a 99.9% success rate in returning on your requested day. We pride ourselves on a flexible home-time policy and strictly enforce a NO forced dispatch rule, giving you control over your schedule.
The Experience
Our drivers operate in a comfortable, modern fleet featuring Kenworth T680s and Freightliners equipped with automatic transmissions and governed at 72 mph. Each truck is outfitted with amenities to make life on the road easier, including APU's, inverters, refrigerators, direct TV, Sirius XM radio, and microwaves. The freight is no-touch, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive pay structure with all miles paid (loaded and empty), a $0.65 CPM rate, and stop pay for multi-stop deliveries. Drivers average up to $100,000+ yearly. We also provide a $3,000 sign-on bonus and paid weekly W-2 compensation. Our pet policy allows drivers to bring their furry companions along.
