About the Role
This position is designed for CDL-A local short haul truck drivers who value daily home time and a predictable schedule. You will haul 100% no-touch freight in the newest equipment, working Monday through Friday on the first shift. The role offers a new higher pay scale, averaging $1,200 per week, with opportunities for additional earnings through bonuses and accessorial pay for clean inspections, breakdowns, detentions, and layovers.
You will drive quality day cabs with a 70% drop-and-hook operation, supported by experienced dispatchers and a dedicated Driver Retention Team. We provide industry-leading insurance coverage for you and your family, including life, medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and disability, along with a 401k plan. We also offer a Rider & Pet Program and a partnership with Workhound to ensure driver feedback is actively listened to.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a valid CDL-A and at least 6 months of over-the-road experience. Applicants must have no more than two preventable accidents in the most recent three-year driving period and be able to meet all medical and DOT requirements, including the ability to perform duties requiring repetitive bending and reaching. Selected candidates will participate in a one-day paid orientation.
