About the Role
Great drivers are crucial to the US Foods team and serve as one of the important faces of our organization. On and off the road, our drivers strive for integrity and reliability while building trusting relationships with customers. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization at customer locations. You will safely drive trucks to meet scheduled delivery times, unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, and verify delivery accuracy with customers. Beyond the logistics, you will perform customer service responsibilities to enhance the client experience, handle collections when applicable, and conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Hiring Process & Application

All drivers are required to register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse, a secure online database that provides real-time information about CDL and CLP holders' drug and alcohol program violations. Registration is mandatory before starting; please visit the FMCSA website to complete this step.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid CDL Class A issued by their state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications. We also require a minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry. Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively, understand traffic signals, and complete necessary reports.
