About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those seeking a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. You will drive late-model Peterbilt and Kenworth equipment (averaging just 1.9 years old) equipped with APUs and Samsara communication tools. The position focuses on top miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles, ensuring less downtime and more earning potential.
Beyond the road, you will join a family atmosphere with an open-door policy. Drivers have access to modern facilities featuring free Wi-Fi, theater-style seating, an exercise room, and a video game room. We also support your life outside the truck with policies for riders and pets (including no dog breed restrictions), a driver referral program, and a partnership with Home Creations to help drivers own their own homes.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A and a minimum of 6 months of experience. The onboarding process includes paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
