About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. Drivers will operate late-model Peterbilt and Kenworth equipment (averaging 1.9 years old) on top-tier miles, with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles to minimize downtime.
The day-to-day experience is defined by a family atmosphere with an open-door policy. Drivers enjoy outstanding equipment equipped with APUs, Transflo, and Samsara communication tools. We support a wide range of personal needs, including rider and pet policies (with no dog breed restrictions), and provide access to driver facilities featuring free Wi-Fi, theater-style seating, an exercise room, and a video game room.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A and a minimum of 6 months of experience. The onboarding process includes paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
