About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. Drivers will enjoy top miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles—the longest in the industry—resulting in less downtime.
You will drive outstanding, late-model equipment (Peterbilt and Kenworth, averaging 1.9 years old) equipped with APUs, Transflo, and Samsara communication systems. The role includes paid orientation, paid practical route miles, multiple stops pay, and guaranteed detention, layover, and breakdown pay. We also offer a rider and pet policy with no dog breed restrictions.

Hiring Process
