About the Role

We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. You will drive late-model equipment, including Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks with an average age of just 1.9 years, ensuring you have the tools needed for top performance.

As a Freymiller driver, you will enjoy top miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles—the longest in the industry—resulting in less downtime. The role is supported by a family atmosphere with an open-door policy, featuring driver facilities with free Wi-Fi, theater-style seating, an exercise room, and a video game room. We also offer flexible policies for riders and pets, including no breed restrictions for dogs.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 6 months of experience. We offer a paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are ready for the road.
