About the Role

We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of industry success. Drivers will operate late-model Peterbilt and Kenworth equipment (averaging 1.9 years old) on top-tier routes with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles, ensuring less downtime and more miles on the road.

The day-to-day experience is defined by a family atmosphere and an open-door policy. Drivers benefit from outstanding equipment equipped with APUs, Transflo, and Samsara communication tools, alongside comprehensive support including guaranteed detention, layover, and breakdown pay. We also offer a unique partnership with Home Creations to make it easier for drivers to own their own homes.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A and a minimum of 6 months of experience. The onboarding process includes paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
